A one-pot, 2-step flow bioprocess for the obtainment of hesperetin (HP) and quercetin (Q) aglycones from hesperidin (HES) rutin (RT), has been developed, employing a co-immobilized preparation α-rhamnosidase (RN) β-glycosidase (HOR).
